Divorce Mediation

Mediation offers the opportunity to spouses to decide between themselves, with the assistance of a neutral third party, the decisions to be made with respect to their legal and physical separation, including those relative to child custody, child support, maintenance, spousal support, division of assets and payment of fees. Mediation offers spouses the ability to avoid costly litigation and to work amicably toward a joint resolution of the issues of their divorce.

Jessica Hugabone Vinson, Esq., of Vella, Carbone & Vinson, LLP, is a certified divorce mediator. Unlike other mediation services, Jessica has had extensive experience in litigating matters of divorce and child custody, among the other issues to be decided within a divorce.
